While surviving the scrutiny of meticulous instructors in culinary school, and then working under insane chefs in fine (and not-so-fine) restaurants, I accumulated quite a stockpile of favorite recipes. I almost starting posting my most revered concoction, but then I realized that it involved making a complicated variation on one of the
mother sauces, and no busy parent wants to read that.
I decided to write this post, instead, because I am curious as to what the dad bloggers want to read when it comes to food posts in forums and blogs. I am new to the site, so forgive my ignorance, but has Dad Blogs ever conducted a poll regarding the cooking habits/interests of its members? I wonder how many dad bloggers do the majority of the cooking in the household. Variations on posts could include recipes dads can prepare with their children, food safety, kitchen cleaning, knife sharpening, worthless kitchen gadgets, etc.
