Fatherhood Friday is both a day and a growing community of dads and moms sharing stories, ideas, photos and movies with one topic in mind - fatherhood. In a world that seems happy to deliver a message that dads are incapable buffoons, Dad Blogs is committed to changing that perception. The reality is, as we see it, parents today are more aware of parenting and the impact it has on their children and dads everywhere are becoming more active caregivers. If you don't believe me--check out the posts in our archives.

Welcome to the fourth installment of Fatherhood Friday! All I can say is, "wow." With each passing week, the number of submitted links grows. I project that within a few months, we should be up to 100 and beyond.
This FF means something a bit more to me, since my two girls have been away for a week. They usually run off on little vacations, but it's been awhile since the last one. This time around, their absence is much more noticeable and I actually *miss* them. I've always missed them when they travel, but this time I wish they were around to get all in my face asking for something every five minutes. The sound of silence is deafening and almost torturous. OK, now that's just crazy talk. Deafening, maybe, but not torturous.
You know what to do. Drop a link below and be sure to broadcast it via Twitter with the #FatherhoodFriday hashtag. Happy Fatherhood Friday!

Dad-Blogs rocks and I only wish I had more time to stay and play.
But, Fatherhood Fridays will always be a definite mainstay!

For anyone that happens upon my blog, make sure you read Friday's post about the holiday, not Saturday's - unless you want to hear me whine about how idiotic I can be.
