It has been a crazy week for Joeprah. My wife and I got back from New York late last night after taping a segment on the Tyra Banks show. I will be blogging about all the details of my trip at Joeprah.com, but let's just say it was an adventure. So, Fatherhood Friday is here! With Fatherhood Friday I always like to post any sort of relevant site news--for those of you reading these posts. Anyways, there is a great new group started at Dad Blogs to look into if you want to align yourself with other bloggers whose goals are to promote each other. For more information go to the Blogger Syndicate now. Also, I am looking for dads with daughters who are interested in driving traffic to their blogs via a group effort. For more info on that topic click here. Finally, one last, but really cool, update. Chatrooms! Yes, we finally figured out how to get Dad Blogs chat rooms. To access the chatrooms or create your own simply login and use the toolbar at the bottom of the screen--check the screenshot if you are lost.
Last week I spoke of getting called off to get on Oprah and wouldn't you know it Tyra called me, so this week I will speak of the positive again. I think my book will be a New York Times Bestseller within a few weeks and I will be on the Today show. If I get somewhat close to that by next week I will be asking to win the lottery and for my own private brewery. So, this week's theme--(remember themes are just suggestions aimed at helping you brainstorm a post)--is Halloween! Maybe you could write about your influence on your kids during this holiday. Or maybe you would like to write a post about how your family celebrates. Do you trick or treat? Any saftety tips? Whatever you choose to write about for Fatherhood Friday--just have fun with it. For those of you new to Fatherhood Friday--welcome!
