Pretty good and I agree mostly, except I don't think he deserves his privacy in this particular case. If he hadn't done anything wrong and the paparazzi were hounding him and taking photos of his kids, hiding in his trash cans, etc then I'd have pity on him. But this was a public accident and a totally different story. He wants to use the media when it's convenient for him to rake in cash, but when the public demands answers he runs, hides and cries about his lack of privacy. Sorry Tiger, can't your cake and eat it too.
